• Interactive platform to share information, gather customer feedback and understand customer needs better to help design new products

SKS Microfinance, India’s largest and fastest growing microfinance institution, conducted a Sangam leaders’ meeting at Balaji Function Hall here today. Over 533 Sangam leaders participated from the 4 branches under Suryapet Unit - Suryapet(Urban), Suryapet(Rural), Hozoor Nagar and Kodad. Each branch has over 100 Sangams which have a maximum of 10 groups of 5 members each.
SKS Microfinance plans to conduct over 150 Sangam leader meetings this year across 152 units managing nearly 70,000 Sangams across 15 states.
“The Sangam leader meeting is aimed at gathering customer feedback, sharing information about the company, designing new financial products that meet the needs of our members and also providing an opportunity to our Sangam leaders to interact with Sangam leaders from different branches, explains Chalam, Area Manager, SKS Microfinance.
