Tech Support Specialist

Responsible for troubleshooting the hardware and software issues associated with MIS applications as well as managing the complete MIS setup at local branches including computer, printer and MIS applications etc. Also responsible for conducting training sessions at the field on MIS applications.

Experience & Qualifications:
Polytechnic diploma or substantial course work in hardware and MIS systems required. At least 1 year of hands on hardware experience. Knowledge of networking infrastructure preferred. Excellent verbal and written Telugu and English skills required.
