Sitaram
Rao,
CEO
Sitaram Rao is a Chartered Accountant (CPA equivalent) and Cost Accountant who has held Chief Executive and senior advisory positions with several finance and international marketing companies including the DCL Group (India), Muscat Finance Company (Sultanate of Oman), Laila Group (India), and Paradigm Infotech (USA). He has also served as a visiting faculty member at Management Development Institute (Delhi), Industrial Finance Corporation of India, Computer Maintenance Corporation, and the State Bank of India.
He holds degrees in both Commerce and Law from Bombay University.
Praseeda
Kunam, Director-Operations:
Praseeda has over six years of hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, strategy and international development projects. Prior to joining SKS, she worked on a USAID trade and investment project in Kazakhstan. Praseeda holds an MBA and an M.S. in Information Management from Washington University in St. Louis, USA.
Tanuj
Agarwal, Business development Manager- Operations:
Prior to joining SKS, Tanuj worked with Velugu on a Project funded by the World Bank and implemented by Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP), in the capacity of District Project Manager -Livelihoods. Tanuj holds a Post graduate degree in Forest Management with a specialization in Micro finance from Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal.

Ashish
Damani, Manager- Finance:
Ashish began his tenure with SKS in October 2000. His important contributions to SKS and the Finance Department led to his promotion to a responsible position of Assistant Finance Manager. Ashish is currently pursuing a Masters in Financial Management from Pondicherry University, Pondicherry.

Kalyanachakrawarthy, Head - Accountant:
Kalyan, a commerce graduate from Nagarjuna University his career with SKS in February 2001. Recently he was promoted as Head of Accounts. Kalyan is presently pursuing his Masters in Financial Management from Pondicherry University, Pondicherry.

Chandana Gadwala,
Manager - HR/Administration:
Chandana has been with SKS from April 1999 to August 2002 as its Office Manager. She rejoined SKS, in May 2004 as Manager- Administration. She a dual degree in Commerce and Computer Applications and also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Bharathiya Vidya Bhavan, Hyderabad. She is currently pursuing her Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital and Health Management from Symbiosis Institute of Health Management,
Pune.

Shashi
Kumar, Project Leader - MIS:
Shashi has over seven years experience in technology. At SKS he is responsible for technology efforts, overall MIS deployment & implementation. He leads a team of four programmers. He basically is a commerce graduate. Shashi is currently pursuing his Masters in Computer Application from Indira Gandhi Open University, New Delhi.

Sridhar, Team Leader-MIS:
Sridhar worked with Aptech as a Faculty before joining SKS as a Software Programmer. He was very recently promoted to position of Team Leader. Sridhar is currently pursuing his Masters in Computer Applications from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi.
